First time of doing business with them, and I was not disappointed. They provided fast and quality services. They respect time. I got my car service within an hour as I was told, which was really good. Their prices are very reasonable. The staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this shop to all for their car maintenance.

Been going to this location since we relocated to the area in 2008. Rick at the front counter has been there the entire time which shows stability with the business. He is always friendly and helpful. Now that I’m retired I only visit once a year with this vehicle for oil changes and tire rotation. This visit revealed an overall make-up in the customer service area. Brightly lit and welcoming now. No more water stained ceilings, etc. Only issue I had was I had an 8 AM appt, but I am able to drop off the vehicle at their opening at 7:30 AM. I understand some customers who are waiting for their services will take precedent, but at 1 PM I had to call to find out my vehicle was “just” being completed. The staff was pleasant and easy to deal with, although one always seemed like it was a burden to talk to. I gave it a 3 because it took numerous times to get my tires running right without vibration or pulling. I would have expected some kind of discount which would have been a good gesture given the fact i was there at least 1x a week for almost a month. The 5th trip they did improve the driving but it’s not the way it was and Im tired of driving 40 mins every trip! It would be nice if corporate would see this and send some sort of discount to help with all the gas spent going there every week.

Needed to replace a flat tire. They were able to work me in even without an appt. Only had to wait about an hour and a half. Good considering I was a walk in. I have used Mr Tire on previous occasion to replace four tires on my 2020 Prius. They did a good job then as well. I recommend them.
