Dont let them touch your vehicle for intoxalock. They screwed up everything. I had to have another business American Customs fixed the problem. My rear camera, back windows, heated seats, AC, didnt work after they installed it. When I called the kid told me that, when they take it out it will work. They had my car 4 day, it was suppose to be 2 hours. Its took me a year of complaining and habitual lockouts. For intoxalock to send me to another shop to see if their was a problem. Which their absolutely was. They also charged me 250 to replace the small light underneath my head light. When I ask for my car back after waiting hours. I called to make an appointment for a full synthetic oil change. The lady on the phone was foreign and I could hardly understand her but she told me that it would be $90 after I filled out a $20 rebate form for the oil change. Sounded great! Got there and was told that the oil change would be $160!!! Outrageous!!! The guy didn’t even seem like he cared that I was quoted a lower price or wanted to fix it. Took my keys and walked out. Found a place that would do my fill synthetic change for $85. Don’t waste your time! The employees know that they are overpriced too.

Quick appt schedule,cwere told there would be a delay, wr were able to run an errand and they were ready for us. Prioritized service for and that that could be delayed. We drive 1.5 hours for this garage, we trust them so well.

I took my 1999 Suburban for a battery issue. While they were repairing the issue, they checked out the rest of the vehicle, and found issues with the exhaust, brakes, and wiper blades. I was given an estimate of $1,270 for everything. I scheduled a day for the work. The morning I arrived, the estimate became $1,700+. I was told they had not quoted the "manifold", and that it was necessary. I begrudgingly agreed to it. Later in the day, the shop called me and I was told I needed "rear brakes", and that my new total was $2,800+! I asked why, if my brakes were checked, and I was given a quote for work on the brakes, why this was not discovered then.
