Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

So impressed with Mr. Tire! Took it in around 11am Sunday & they had new tires, alignment & inspection done by 1pm. Ellen was so welcoming & sweet. She got everything processed smoothly, was greeting everyone that came in, and all with a smile on her face! 10/10 visit, will definitely be back!

Always a wonderful experience. I missed my morning appointment and they were able to work me in later that day. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and state inspection! I really like that they do a complimentary tire rotation with the oil change! Everyone was kind and provided great customer service! Keep up the great work!

I have been using this Mr. Tire regularly since it is very convenient, and the service has been excellent. The staff are friendly, and the mechanics have taken care of my vehicles well. They have been able to resolve most of my issues effectively and quickly. Their communication has been good and their prices are reasonable. They have been able to maintain and repair a variety of different issues with my cars. I have only ever had two issues, one an air conditioning issue which they over diagnosed as a much more serious issue, and they did not air up my tires at the last tire rotation. I plan on continuing to use them for my ongoining maintenace and repair needs.

They will have you sitting there for an hour and if it’s time to close they will leave and tell you they are closed so you waited for no reason. I paid to get my car towed there and waited in there with my kids and fiancé just for them to make us leave with out fixing our tire. It only needed patched so it wouldn’t have taken them no time to do it

Traveling from NC to Ohio flat tire, towed in by AAA because of no spare tire access. I called Mr Tire about service and rep told me he would try to work me in . They were busy so after 3 hrs waiting I removed the tire off the truck and carried it inside to help speed things up. The rep got irate because I did this. I was trying to help .I ask him what was the problem with me doing this and he told me his people don't work outside. I understood that, but he mentioned that they could not preform some type of inspection. I just wanted my tire repaired or replaced. So a new tire was determined and the tech took forever to locate one .The tire was $308. And mount and balance was $36. plus fees total $377.21 I understand that I was traveling and customers were ahead of me but they acted lik
