Needed an alignment. Still pulled to one side. Brought it back. John went above and beyond to diagnose the issue , cross rotated tires, compensated camber , 2 test drives , confirmed components were tight and not worn out. Recommended to bring it back for the master tech to inspect. HONEST THOROUGH and TRANSPARENT. Didnt just upsell me on new control arms or tie rod ends .

Got a flat. Took the tire here right before they closed. Said I understood that they didn’t have time to patch it that night. They looked at it, said it was patchable and told me to come back tomorrow to pick it up. I came back the next day and they said it wasn’t patchable. I get it they just want to sell tires but I took it down the road just for a second opinion real quick and they said there should be no problem fixing it up. They fixed it up right away. It was Monroe tire I took it to.

I’ve been going to Mr tire for a while now and I can honestly say I never had any problems or issues whenever I go. The employees are nice and very helpful. And John is an excellent employee, he is alway in a happy mood and has a smile on his face. My car got serviced today and he kept me updated on the entire process and he broke down the cost of everything that I wanted to get fixed so I could fully understand it better. You guys better keep him because his is amazing.

Yesterday, I needed the service of Mr. Tire Northpoint Blvd. Dundalk, MD. As soon as I entered the establishment I was greated with a friendly welcome and how could they help. The gentlemen were very customer service oriented and helpful. The service was excellent and fast. I noted to.myself after leaving how good they made you feel. I give a Ten Star's up to Mr. Tire. In this day and age it's much appreciated how far a smile can go.
