Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I popped my tire and set an appointment through the phone at 11AM for a drop off/tire replacement. I came early just to check in since i was down the street. The sign says hours from 9am - 5pm, yet there seems to be nobody inside. ‘Open’ sign is not lit. And absolute no presence of people working in any of the bays. This is a total inconvenience for anyone. There’s multiple people outside as well waiting for service. Please, if you wont be open, a notice on the door or a change of hours would be helpful.

Amazing service! My husband and I needed to get a flat tire replaced and the guy was super nice, helpful, and friendly! He was also busy but got it done in great time and did it well! Totally recommend!

I purchased 4 tires from Tire Rack and had them delivered to Mr Tire in Fort Washington. The delivery was smooth & the price was very reasonable for the installation. I dropped my car off around 8am & unfortunately because there was only one guy working they did not get to my car in the same day. I picked it up and dropped it off the next day at the same time. They worked on my car first & called me within 2 hours to say it was ready. I appreciated the swift turnaround in light of the inconvenience of the prior. Great service from Jeff. But they need more staff. Would go here again.

I had a confirmed appointment today at 2:00 PM. When I arrived, the store was completely unstaffed. Sunday hours are listed as 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, yet no one was present to honor scheduled appointments. Customer service should ensure that locations are properly staffed and able to accommodate confirmed bookings. This was a complete waste of time and reflects extremely poor communication.
