Great customer service and friendly staff. They diagnosed the issues with my tires and replaced them within 2 hours on a Sunday. The tires were competitively priced with a manufacturer discount. I will return again.

Don’t waste your time here. I called ahead and was told I could come in at 6:30 to get my tires changed. When I showed up, the mechanic acted annoyed and said they were closing soon and couldn’t do it. Why confirm a time if you’re just going to turn customers away? Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time and gas. Customer service here feels like they’re doing you a favor instead of providing a service you’re paying for. Never again.

Don’t waste your time going there! They are bunch of thieves. I had scheduled an oil change with tire rotation for this past weekend. On phone they gave another price and in person it was $40 more with discount applied. At the end of the oil change the big over weight mechanic tells me he can’t do a tire rotation because the tires are wearing out. Mind you this a 2023 Honda Passport with only 22 k miles and one of the front tires he showed me that was worn out. Was a new tire only 5 months old. I Paid over $120 for a full synthetic oil change and who knows if it’s even synthetic. JUST BE AWARE! Stay away at all cost!

Mr tires are good in what they do, I take my tires there for repair about two years ago, after repairing it, it carried me for complete two years plus before I started experiencing slow leek . I was empress to take it back there for another repair. Because, the same tires when I took it to Toyota I was told that it could not be repaired. Instead I should replace it. So I will recommend Mr tire to anyone who needs tires repaired. instead of wasting your money, give them a try to Mr tire.

This place is a mess and say as a customer who is generally understanding. I was very disappointed with my experience. I made an appointment at 130pm to patch my tires and I explicitly made it clear that I wanted to make sure that my car would be seen at 130 and that I would wait and pick up (vs getting dropped off and come back…they understood and after originally scheduling 2pm appointment, they said 130 appointment opened up). Two hours after the appointment at 330, the car was still not seen by anyone. Don’t tell me that the car will be seen at 130 and then tell make me wait 2 hours! It was only after I made a big fuss did they actually take my car in for repair. When inspecting all the tires they recommended replacing 2 of them which I agreed to do since I was there anyways.
