Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I have been going here for tires and auto repair since 2016. I bought new tires on my 2011 Camry Hybrid on my first visit, unfortunately, I got a nail 5000 miles on one and they patched it for free and it has been trouble free to now. They’ve done many repairs on my 1995 Chevrolet K1500 pickup over the years from shocks, power steering, aftermarket headlights, and ignition switch issues. They’ve given heavy discounts when I’ve needed lots of work done and they’re upfront about approximate costs. Clay and Scott have been exceptional and I recommend this place for any of your auto service needs.

I’m completely satisfied with the service I received from Mr Tire in Granite Falls. I’d known the manager there (Scott) from the previous place he worked, and was happy to find him again. He’s pleasant to talk to, and doesn’t try to sell you anything that you don’t need. Mr Tire offered several different payment options, which was nice. They had a great selection of tires, and Scott’s recommendation was perfect for me.

Tm and customer service at Mr.tire service center at Granite Falls location was amazing. I had a flat tire and they are great and walked me through the process to maintain my car and until I get to the center service. They completed the work in fast and great quality of work.

I was traveling and had a flat tire. I have unusual tires and Mr. Tire in Granite Falls was the only place that had a tire for me. Scott was so kind and helpful! I was back on the road in no time. The experience was great. I would highly recommend this business.

I had two great experiences at the Granite Falls location recently. My first visit, I got a flat across the street from their business so I got my tire off and took it to them without an appt maybe an hour before they closed. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, no one complained about having to replace a tire quickly at the end of the day. My most recent visit was to replace my other 3 tires to match the one I got before and also get an alignment. I worked with the manager, Scott, who got me in the same day and was also extremely pleasant to work with. I'll definitely return to this location in the future for other needs. Their in person customer service exceeded my expectations and I appreciated that I never felt pressured about other problems with my car or with upsells.
