First time stopping by. Mr. Tire provides exceptional service ! They got me in and out for an internal tire patch. I’m very pleased with the work and care provided. James educated me on my vehicle and the owner, Jeff and I had a pleasant conversation as I waited. Say hello to Jax, the sweet chihuahua, if you see him!

Generally a very good, well organized and helpful shop. I've gotten used to having work done here as they were very near a place I used to work downtown. They do a good job keeping knowledgeable personal personnel on the team, and offer good prices. Mr. tire stocks a great variety of tire brands. I also find their recommendations are very helpful as I'm not particularly brand loyal to any set of tires .

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I truly regret not reading the reviews before coming here. The hostility started the moment I arrived, being barked at to re-park my car should have been the first red flag. I came in for a simple state inspection and was told mid-inspection that my car would fail due to a “bad” tire. I agreed to have the tire replaced, but I refused their attempt to upsell me on a so-called mandatory tire sensor I did not need. After they finished the inspection and tire replacement, I drove off only to immediately see my TPMS light stuck on. I assumed it would reset since Mr. Tire had just changed my tires, but nothing changed. So I returned. That’s when things got unbelievable. Five star for the location on Elm St. ZERO STARS FOR THE SHOP ON PEMBROK DR IN GREENSBORO. I was sent there because Elm st could not get me in. Their lobby at the shop on Pembrok was filthy, the receptionist was half asleep at the front desk. No greeting, just a huff and puff from her. She asked for me keys. I asked how long she thought the wait would be and if anyone could look at car today but she couldn’t give me an answer. I waited in the lobby and heard her telling her co workers how sick she was, then she proceeded to vomit multiple times and spit in the trash can behind the desk. The bathroom was maybe ten steps away. Unbelievably unprofessional, disgusting and embarrassing for the company. Myself and another person waiting got our keys and immediately left.
