Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I have been in need of a reliable mechanic shop with competitive prices. I found both with Mr tire. I had a brake system flush, a front end alignment, an oil change and some transmission lines replaced. I had another estimate from another shop and Mr tires estimate was so much lower it was unbelievable. The manager John has taken excellent care at my car repair needs, his mechanic Jace goes above and beyond to make sure the repairs are done correctly. I would highly recommend Mr tire to anyone who is needing car repairs they will take care of you in a timely fashion they will not break the bank and you can be assured the repairs will be done correctly.

I went in to get my brakes and tires checked when I started hearing a scraping sound and the staff here, specifically Jon, went above and beyond to help me out. Jon stayed long after closing time to make sure my car was given back to me in a safe condition to drive, showed and explained to me what was wrong and how he would fix it, and stayed until the job was done, even though I had already left. He even came in to the shop a little before their listed opening time the next day so that I wouldn't be late to work, which was done out of the kindness of his heart, not from any requests of mine! I would give them 6 stars if I could

I typically purchase tires and have them shipped to a shop for installation. The new manager wasn’t happy that I had purchased my tires through simple tire.com and had them shipped there. I’ve done this multiple times with the previous manager and also at the other store in Fairfield. I’ve always been happy until now. I believe for whatever reason my tires was not properly installed and after 4 flat tires on the passenger side front in two days time that I couldn’t find any puncture holes, I took it to tire discounters in Hamilton. I was shown that one tire in the rear was installed backwards they are directional tires and that the front passenger side tires valve stem had been loosened to leak out air. He has sealed the deal for a lifetime customer. He is so knowledgeable and willing to make sure the customer is taken care of. I went here for emergency help being that I am currently living in my car and needed someone to take a look at it and I was parked just across the street and my car wouldn't make it over to their shop and the guy that runs the place told me he would come look at it or even help push it to the shop and I waited and waited and he never showed up. It took me 2 weeks to get it fixed and I never had them do it. That was really rude being the position I'm in. He could have just told me no instead of lying to me. I know they are busy but you can't tell someone in an emergency situation that you will do something and then just not do it. I will not be recommending this place anytime soon.
