Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

The employees must work on commission. I was sold a new tire when I was told mine couldn't be repaired. They said the puncture was in the sidewall. I took it to my local shop and they didn't have a problem repairing it. They seemed nervous when I said I wanted my tire back. Now I know why. I won't give Mr. Tire any of my business.

Well the valve stems on my new tires was bent under 3 or the 4 hubcaps on my car. And one of the hub caps are bent from forcing it off the other tire that it was on. I never had issue with Me. Tire before and I've been going there for years. But, when my son in law noticed these issue it makes me reconsider coming back to your shop. And after hearing another customer being told that he needed new sensors on his tires, when it could have been the cold temps we been having makes me wondering if I didn't get ripped off on the price of the tires I bought. The customer even told him that it didn't come on all the time just when he started to drive the vehicle and then the light went out. I never heard of such a thing as if one comes on they all need replaced at 80.00 for a senor per tire. I don

I had a great experience. I was so surprised that they took my car for a ride before inspecting it. I don’t know anyone that does that. It made me feel they are serious about the job they do

Had a slow leak in one of my tires. They got me in right away, found a small piece of a screw, patched that thing up and I was on my way in less that 30 minutes for under $30. I've also had new tires put on here. Great quality and prices are good. Fast service!

I made an appointment for tire installation and an alignment. I gave the make and model of vehicle when I made the appointment. It was for noon, I got there 5mins early. Only 1 customer in waiting room and 3 employees working. When I got there I was told they can't do the alignment because their machine doesn't work for my vehicle. Which would have been nice to know prior because I wouldn't even have gone there. Then I sat and waited until 2pm in the waiting room. Only 1 other vehicle in the garage this entire time. 2pm came and I had to ask if my vehicle would be ready by 230 because I had to get back to work. They finally get me out of there at 240. Absolutely zero sense of urgency to take care of the vehicle and complete the task and just complete incompetence to even take the appointme
