I took in my Camry do tire installation Got my tires installed here, bought them thru giga tire, they put my car on the bay closest to the waiting room, I was on a work meeting on my cell, then I see my car and I see my rocker panel being crushed with the lift, I informed the clerk who promptly informed the tech doing it, but both panels were damaged, they moved it to the bay with the hunter lift and did the tire installation, at this point I was trying to asses the damaged and the tech insisted on me staying out, he then told me “nothing happened” and I told him “I can see the damage from here” to which he responded “whatever you say boss” then they proceeded with the tire installation, I saw they were using a pry bar to dislodge the old tire instead of proper equipment to not nick the w

My daughter and I went in for a pre-buy inspection and it did not take as long as we thought it would take. The customer service was excellent from the general manager, Scott to his other two employees that we were exposed to. once the pre-inspection was completed Scott the general manager Was awesome with providing us with detail information about the vehicle that my daughter was looking to purchase. we truly appreciate the honesty and thoroughness of Scott’s information. I will always recommend this Mr. Tire to anyone who needs help with their car. We called on a Saturday afternoon to see if they could complete a private pre-purchase inspection for a car I was considering buying, and the general manager Scott, was able to get us an appointment the same day, even though they were obviously busy when we walked in. Scott performed the inspection, and he went above and beyond. He was incredibly thorough, and he made sure that I understood all the work the car would need if I bought the car. He also was very honest about the endurance of the car I was considering, and gave me examples of more reliable cars. His customer service was really outstanding from start to finish. Much gratitude to MR. TIRE, and especially to Scott Polito!! I recently visited a relative in Kennesaw for the weekend. As I was leaving Sunday morning for a 2+ hour drive, I realized my back passenger tire was completely flat! A large nail was embedded in the tread. AAA came out and put the spare on, but they do not do replace tires. I was already stretched for time, now this! Out of several tire companies nearby, MR. TIRE was the ONLY business open on Sunday. I called and got an immediate appointment. I was greeted by Scott Polito. He and his team were able to repair the damaged tire and saved me the cost of replacing it.
