This review is a mixed bag because the technicians deserve credit: they were respectful, efficient, and did excellent work installing my tires that were delivered to the store. They were organized and clearly take pride in what they do. However, the assistant manager’s behavior was unprofessional. I overheard him ask “what’s that guy want” and when he approached, his tone and body language were aggressive and dismissive as if I was an inconvenience for arriving early (during a storm rush) to help the team stay ahead. I remained calm and respectful, but no customer should be made to feel dumb for simply showing up for scheduled service. If leadership matched the technicians, this would be a 5-star location. The tech team is carrying the customer experience.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! My brakes were changed in what felt like no time, and the quality of the work was excellent. Adham was extremely professional, respectful, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Outstanding service from start to finish — highly, highly recommend! And James stayed after hours to fix my breaks!!!

Guy in front rude upon arrival and via phone calls. I came in because I got a message my tires were delivered & told the guy I was willing to wait . He proceeded to give attitude because I came and he didn’t know if tires were there I said I came because fedex or whoever shipped I got a notification and I can wait I desperately need these installed. I was lied to about wheel alignment that was “done”, I have paper receipts and everything for proof. A month later i go to my mazda dealership for a oil change and to check tires to be told that it was never done and I have been experiencing left /right movements while driving . I will never use this place again. People are rude and don’t do job fully!
