The manager worked very hard for my business. He was able to price match a competitor on four new truck tires. He ordered them and they were there the next day. Very happy with the installation and balancing. I spent the extra dollars for their lifetime road hazard warranty. Looking forward to our adventure to central NY to see how good the tires are in deep snow.

I walked in to Leonardtown Mr. Tire without a scheduled appointment, with a 4 year old. I was immediately accommodated. I wanted synthetic oil. My Jeep takes Diesel oil- which they had in stock. They quoted me at $174, which is better than other places, especially the dealership which has been $200+. There was open transparency on set price and there wasn’t any changes on it even after service was done. It took less than 45 minutes and we were able to put Netflix on for my child. Tyrone displayed excellent professional service and the crew who worked behind the scenes!

They called to inform me they couldn’t complete the tire replacement but did not tell me they damaged my rim in the process. I would avoid going here if you have low profile wheels.
