Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I got a flat tire on my way to work and scheduled a drop-off appointment online with Mr. Tire for the 7:30–11:00 AM window. I called around 8:00 AM to confirm they had my appointment and spoke with Bobby. He was very kind, professional, and explained everything clearly. When I dropped my car off, I expected to need a full tire replacement, but Bobby let me know it might be possible to patch it instead. Unfortunately, that wasn’t an option, so I did need to purchase a new tire. Thankfully, they had a matching tire in stock and were able to install it right away. I dropped my car off at 8:20 AM, and it was ready by 9:00 AM. The service was extremely quick and friendly. I really appreciated how smooth and stress-free they made the whole experience.

Mr. Tire needs to update their hours of operation to reflect when they’re actually open because now I have to spend over $300 that I don’t have get my car out of impound for their inaccuracy. Something went wrong in my car yesterday (Sunday) so I went straight to Mr. Tire since I was under the impression it would be open, per their listed hours. It was not. My car died while I was on the main road and began smoking. I was able to keep it rolling into the parking lot of Mr. Tire and parked in front of the garage, then immediately turned it off, got out, and stepped away. Then I realized the shop was not open, but I had no other way to move my car away from their garages. I got there 20 minutes before they opened this morning to explain why my car was there and ask for help, but they had alr

I came from out of town and it was late at night. Ken was extremely helpful and was the only person there. He said he could fix my leaky tire in about 30 minutes. He nailed it. (no pun intended) Will definitely come back for more work Thanks Ken!

Ken was amazing and quick when chaging our tire and the price was decent, we had a 20 min wait time and he was done in those 20 minutes, My husband and I are definitely going back for other repairs.

Received a tire replacement and was met with excellent customer service throughout the process. They even changed my wipers as a courtesy, which was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend
