Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I have gone to Mr. Tire the last couple of years for oil changes and various things and haven't had a problem. I was there just this past Saturday, January 30th. I had a horrible experience. I brought my car in at 10:00 a.m. with an appointment on Saturday thinking I would be in and out of there in 30 minutes. I ended up being there for 3 hours 2 and 1/2 of which it took the mechanic to change my oil and rotate my tires. When I left my tire was making a terrible knocking sound. I turned around and went back . the assistant manager said that they didn't do anything wrong. It must have been my car. I did not have any knocking sound when I pulled in I asked for a different mechanic to work on my car as they told me that the guy that worked on mine was new and very slow. I did not appreciate

As always honest friendly employees from the office manager to the technician tha did the work. They never pressure or over sell. Explain in detail what they find and what they suggest be done. They provided me with a detailed report with pictures of the source for the clicking noise from my brakes. This is the only garage that I bring any of my vehicles to.

They fixed my tire quickly and everyone working was super friendly and knowledgeable. Really appreciated how fast and easy the whole process was. Highly recommend ◡̈

Avoid this place. My husband just had brand new tires with a 65,000 mile warranty put on in February. Here it is December and the wear bars are showing. We took the vehicle back and got the run around. First the tires were fine, then the suspension was bad, then an alignment was needed (which was done when we got the tires). All this was said without actually looking at the vehicle. We finally got told after a week that you can give us 45% off but we’d still have to pay for mounting and balancing with an end cost of almost $800! It hasn’t even been a year and not even 20,000 miles! Not to mention your manager was saying he was going to take a worker outside and fight him while we were trying to be served. Absolute joke.
