The best auto shop in the northeast! Robert was really nice and helpful. I went in for an oil change and he was able to figure out the problem with my car right away. He took the time to explain what was going on and made sure everything was taken care of. Honest, quick service and fair pricing. I definitely recommend this shop if you’re looking for a reliable mechanic in Philly.

This place is great. They work with you and have multiple options. Jay and Conner are cool and down to earth and the mechanics are very knowledgeable and are willing to answer any questions. Highly Recommend

WORST place to get a WHEEL ALIGNMENT for $150 and I’m sure anything else. I went to get a wheel alignment because my front tires were slanted. The bottoms were sticking out more than the top. When the mechanic Joseph was done I asked him why was my tires still slanted and he began to talk mechanic and tell me how I need a “camber kit” which is a separate job and cost about $600. I had to ask him why and his explanation didn’t make sense when the bracket holding the lower control arm was just replaced and has slots where the bolts are so it can be moved in and out. Mind you before all that I asked for a print out of my before and after photos to show was was done. I didn’t receive anything but an after photo that was super blurry I couldn’t even read it. I am trying to reach a supervisor at the corporate office for Mr. Tire regarding my experience at the location at 6740 Frankford Avenue Philadelphia, PA 19135. I visited this location on 9/19/24 because I had a flat tire. The location opening hours were listed for 7:30 am. When I arrived, it was 7:20 am. By 7:40 am the location was still not open. Since I was running late for work, I had attempted to put on my spare tire. I loosened my lug nuts and began to jack up my car. At 7:50 am I noticed workers entering the location and decided to have Mr. Tire assess the flat, so that I would not be driving on a spare. Upon entering the location I met manager Brian Boyce. I notified him that I had attempted to put on my spare and had loosened the lug nuts. I gave him my wheel lock. After 15 minutes

Had my 2017 Honda towed in. The manager Jay was amazing. Kept me posted every step of the way, quoted the work before it was done and although my car needed to be towed out to a dealership; they were extremely professional to work with. I never felt ripped off and would gladly recommend this place to anyone in Philly needing car work done! Thanks Jay! 🙂
