Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Got 4 tires and an alignment. Excellent service and prices. Shoutout to Jason! And a big thanks too to the other gentlemen (I forgot to get his name) who drove to the Owings Mills location to pickup the tires for me.

Had a screw in my tire. I was anxious. They filled it with air just as they were closing for the day and squeezed me in early the next day. Prompt professional and courteous service. Thanks.

I called and was greated very professionally and given a same day appointment to get a tire repaired by the Manager. I was given the repair cost on the phone and the service was done very timely. I asked about other services and the Manager took his time to explain what other services this location provides. I received a business card and will be going back for additional car care.

1 star is to much that was the lesser option. This is the worse place to go. I went and had my oil changed. On my way home my oil came back on. I went there today to get that issue fixed. The guy stated to me let me get someone to it for (mind you this the same guy that did the oil change yesterday) but it should’ve been done when i received and payed for my service. Him and the other guy come out “supposed to had reset it” as im sitting in my car the light comes back on not even minutes later. The thicker guy stated to the other guy we that’s not our problem. This place is unprofessional they are rude and lack accountability.

We had an appointment for two new tires. The manager greeted us and confirmed he had them in stock. I dropped the car off. It was fine in a few hours. Easy!
