Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Will never go back. Replaced my tires a few months ago and paid the premium for the road hazard and rotation service. They were a little rude then, but sadly that is the new norm. Had a 7:30 am appointment this morning for tire rotation. I was there early and left at 8:05 am after not a single employee showed up, and 5 other customers were waiting. Maybe they used to be good but they aren't any more and there are too many good options. Management demonstrates obvious disregard for any sort of reasonable customer service.

It all makes sense now !! I am relieved they didn't want to fix my flat tire. They are not professional and are not held to any ethical standards THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recommend Jennifer TIRE in between rt 6 and Thomson Corner rd on 5 in Mechanicsville DO NOT GOTO MR TIRE TOO many bad things to just pick one ! Don't waste ypur money or time at ANY MR TIRE but Especially the California MD and MechanicsvilleMD locations

I typically go to Mr. Tire (Prince Frederick) for work on my car. About a year and a half ago I needed a new battery. They put a new battery in and all was well. The last several months I never knew if my car would start without a jump start. Finally when really cold temperatures arrived it was never going to start, so I took it to Mr. Tire. They checked it out and replaced the battery still under warranty, at no charge. I truly appreciate it. As a senior on a fixed income I can't tell you how much that meant to me. Sabrina was very helpful. I highly recommend Mr. Tire in Prince Frederick for your automotive needs. Barbara Schnoor

Lorne and Ken along with their team at Mr. Tire in Prince Frederick were wonderful! I had an appointment and was taken on time and during the whole process I was kept updated on what they were doing and how it was going. Lorne was polite, professional, and friendly. This MR. tire in Prince Frederick is always so very accommodating. We have used them many times and when we need something last minute, they are always able to help even when it’s later in the day closer to closing . The staff is friendly and great . They do great work ! Thank you for this last visit and fixing/patching my flat tire the correct way and fitting me into the day . We used them for our new tires and they even let us ship tires to the store and replaced them for us before . Great customer service!
