Unbelievable customer service. Jeff, the store manager went out of his way to make replacing my two rear tires seamless and easy. He explained everything to me, was patient, and got the job done fast. Jeff was extremely professional, kind, and the reason I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family.

Friendly staff. Recommended decent place for lunch while we were getting new tires. Knowledgeable counter associate. Could see car and didn't understand why the mechanic sat in the car for 5 minutes before moving it into the open bay. Then to change two front tires why have the car ok the lift all the way up so the car was 4 or 5 feet off the ground? Then upon getting the car out of the bay the mechanic took it for a test drive? Now the car pulls to the right whereas it didn't before. Maybe due to new tires? Hard to trust people these days.

I had just left another Monroe muffler shop to get a an exhaust estimate left there and headed to Henrietta, which was quite a distance away and a check engine light came on and said charging system check with a picture of my battery. I lost complete steering could not do anything pulled into this location in front of their doors. Doug, who was on duty at the time came right out checked everything out for me said he would get it on the lift ended up being the belt tensioner had completely gone in my car they quickly and even though it was an hour and a half or so quickly resolved the issue they were super friendly. The branch manager was amazing all of them super friendly just reacted quickly and got me on my way. I would recommend this location to anybody. I feel they did treat me honestl

The owner is an honest guy who explains what you need in an easy to understand way. He even let me look under my car to see the part he was talking about which I really appreciated. Got my tires done, oil change and most importantly NYS inspection.

I had to get my tires rotated and popped in Mavis since I purchased them there. Conor and Keith were so helpful. Got me in quickly. So nice to have a pleasant group of people eager to please you. I was a little disappointed to overhear thier boss kept calling them and I thought it was disrupting thier progress to work. Otherwise thank you for getting me in and out so fast before the snow that’s coming❤️
