Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I have received horrible and lovely service from Mr Tire. This one was in the middle. The warranty is only worth something if you don't have much wear on the tire. The manager was nice, but he does not answer the phone. It took 2 hours to get my records from the Mr Tire where I'd gotten the original tire so the warranty was worth $9. Hr did not bother to call me when he hit that info. The. There was at least another hour to get the new tire put on. Again, there was no call when the tire was finished? Why not? Can't be bothered? There were no other visible customers waiting at that point. They only had 2 types of tires to choose from, a super expensive one and a medium expensive one. At least it was a better experience than the super horrific experience at the one in Burke, VA a

I will never return to this location for any service that my vehicle needs. The manager was RUDE and swindled every dollar he could get out of me. His company policy is to replace 2 tires even if you only need one. He blamed his liability of my transmission on his decision to charge me over $500 for 2 tires. I had a blow out on 1 tire and the tread on the other tire was completely fine. He's a con artist and I would never recommend anybody to use this company. Go somewhere else!!! I wish the tow truck driver never mentioned this place to me. Big mistake!

Was very happy with my experience with Mr. Tire. I had my car towed there to replace a blown tire and the guy running the place was very helpful in checking if he had the tire in stock and giving good advice. The mechanic was fast and went out of his way to get my tire swapped safely in a difficult situation. Great shop overall.

Very bad experience at Mister Tyre, I do not recommend them at all! We had 4 new tires installed at the end of September, high-quality ones, not cheap options. Less than two weeks later, the tire pressure warning light came on. We were told it was “normal,” due to the cold… And now, the warning light has come on again! We called to reschedule an appointment, but when we arrived, we were told no appointment had been made. I even showed him my call history in front of him, proving I called the correct number, and I made the number ring right in front of him, so he could hear it was indeed their office. I’m making this review very late upon reflecting on an issue I had with my vehicle. I had my tire pressure light on and went to Mr.Tire here back in 2019. I remember I made 2 appointments, the first was to see what tire sensor was bad and needed replacing. At that appointment they claimed the sensor was replaced but my TPMS light wouldn’t turn off and they said I needed to drive it for a few miles before that happened. I drove it to school and back and nothing changed so I booked an appointment again for an earlier time in the day to see what was the issue. No one ever showed up to my appointment and I needed up having to leave and was late to class. At the time I was a broke college student and paid over $70 to get it fixed and just lost my money. Till this day I reflect on that experie
