Needed help and fast!! Less than 24 hours ago, I paid thousands to have my tires replaced in Cape Coral, Florida I wanted to make sure I was safe on the road while I was taking a very long road trip across the country!! Less than 24 hours later, I found myself on the side of the road with a blown out tire. No tire shop in the area had what we needed so we had to drive about an hour out of the way and Dennis and Yancey at Mr. tire made sure that we were taken care of. They communicated with my husband who was still in Florida and us on the road side to make sure that we had everything that we needed and we could get there! We had so much trouble getting the spare tire off before we could even head his way! It was crazy, but thankfully we got to the shop before they closed and when I walked

I walked in an hr to closing frantic because I had just blown both of my tires on the left side, Dennis saved the day and was able to find me 2 tires, him and his team were amazing from the time I walked in, to the time I left. The entire experience was great. I can’t thank them enough. Thank you Dennis.

I went to the Mr.Tire on Holcomb bridge rd. because I had a check engine light on. They quickly found out what the issue was and set out to fix the situation. Staff were warm and friendly. I never felt i was being pressured and price was fair in my opinion. Will definitely be using them going forward.

Highly recommend this location! Customer service is top tier! Mr. Michael and his team were able to take care of my flat in great timing. They kept me knowledgeable about the status and even discussed future maintenance needs for my vehicle! Such a great group of professionals! Thank you for taking care of me and my vehicle and accomplishing it all within my work lunch break!

Dennis, Yancy, Mike and the entire team was very helpful with my Subaru Forester! Had an issue with my wheel studs and they were diligent in identifying the root cause and recommending the safest long term fix. They are patient and try to address root cause. Highly recommend this place and the team!
