Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I went to Mr.Tire for new tires and an oil change and had my windshield wipers changed. Phenomenal customer service from everyone. Decent prices and good quality tires. These guys are great 👍 I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of service for their vehicles.

Excellent Experience!! If I could leave a 10 I would. This morning, I called the shop and spoke to Matt, explaining to him that my heat wasn’t working while my car was idling. I had previously called other shops and they told me it was my thermostat and that I was possibly looking at anywhere between $700-$800. Matt explained to me what all could be wrong, however ensured that they would figure it out. I dropped my car off and within 20 mins got a call. Matt explained they found out what was wrong. He explained that there was a loose clamp and I lost over a gallon of coolant. When I stopped to pick it back up Jeremy and Matt even took the time and took pictures to show me what was wrong. They fixed the clamp, and replaced the gallon of coolant. They went above and beyond and didn’t treat

Choosing 3 stars because while I don’t personally use this business my grandfather does religiously. He recently brought a vehicle he bought for my daughter for her 18th birthday/graduation present for PA inspection and to have 2 new tires we brought with us put on. They told him the other 2 tires were shot (they were not) and then proceeded to have him drive to autozone and purchase lugnuts for the other 2 tires. What kind of business has the customer go out and buy parts themselves and bring them back? Not to mention doing whatever you can to make more money on a loyal customer. Do better.

The employees at this Mr Tire went above and beyond. We were on a limited time schedule they did a great job,getting us in and out as quickly as they good . They were very pleasant and we live in NY but was at the local hospital for Drs appointment. I'd drive back there again for service . We have two Mr Tire closer to where we live, but these guys had great customer service. That's very important not me..

As always Dave and his team make me feel like family and do a great job for me and my family. They can joke around and have a little fun instead of just treating you like a number on a ticket just to get a dollar. Thank you Dave and team through the years hopefully many more to come.
