10.12.25 Tony & Colton are the dynamic duo of Sunday at Mr. Tire. Had car towed there b/c of flat, which turned out to be an unfixable situation as the inside rubber was totally shredded. At almost 60k miles, the tires were in need of replacement soon anyway. Conveniently, Mr. Tire was having a BOGO sale on certain tires including a brand I knew and liked. (The universe has spoken.) Colton did a super job & took great care of my car (and knows how to drive a stick--yay!). Tony let me know about other issues that needed to be monitored. Tony & Colton are passionate about their work for, and with, Mr. Tire and their customers! Positive, fun, awesome attitude that is a joy to work with. Made an appointment for me the following day when I called. Provided requested services for a very reasonable price. Friendly and efficient. They offer Road force balancing which can be hard to find a decent shop to do. They inspected my car while doing other services and did not try to BS me, only gave an estimate for a couple pretty important items my vehicle will need in the near future. I would feel comfortable recommending this shop to family/friends.

Assistant manager DC is so awesome! I called ineed of a set of tires, he was very knowledgeable,he gave me a great quote an asked of i wanted to come in today, I was expecting to have to make an appointment but he said that they would get it done even if he had to go an put the tires on himself,which he did. Kudos to DC well done sir.

I had my oil changed as I usually do. I had a Vac Canister that needed to be installed. I usually do this myself, but with the weather, I couldn't get my car up on ramps to do it. The technical put it in for while the car was in the air. No fuss. No big deal. It was done efficiently, timely, and at a fair price!

Doesn’t matter if it’s Farrell, or Tony is working at the front. The crew here is amazing. Phenomenal customer service from the initial scheduling phone call all the way to finishing up and walking back out of the door with keys in hand. Will continue to take all of my vehicles here for repairs.
