Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Got tires for my mom and was only given 2 choices a good kind over $700 for set of 4 and a set that we were told she would still slide $500. Kia Soul. Thought it would have been more of a variety of tires. Staff was wonderful. Service was great. Car was ready in good time and seems to be well done. It was the Slide for $500 don’t Slide for $700 that was odd for a company name that has tire in it.

Absolutely horrible. I would never return to this location or any other Mr. Tire. They did not listen to my concern at all. They chose to fix something totally different than what my vehicle was brought in for. I ended up paying over $200 for a light bulb and the mechanic cut the wire to my hood latch and tried to charge me to replace the entire wire vs replacing the latch itself. All in all tried to charge me $1800 for the issues they “found”. An absolute horrific experience!! My issue is still not resolved.

The store manager was great and the service workers was too! I called him a hour and a half before the store closed. I told him ,that I've been trying to find a tire place to put my tires on that night. He told me to come in ASAP. We discussed the prices and I was very comfortable with the price, I got for 4 brand new tires. Car drives great. Went through the last snow storm without sliding. Thank you for good quality service.

I had my wheel bearing and front and back brakes done. I had an extended warranty and they were very professional and explained the process of using my extended warranty to get approval before service is started. I brought my car in on a Friday and on Monday at 10 am I got a call that my vehicle was ready. The warranty company was closed during the weekend.

The store manager and his team are.the BEST! I came here after going to another place for a small tire issues. I was helped right away and had several issues taken care. Great experience and the vibe was cool!! I found my tire place!!! Thanks Guys!!
