Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

Today I got a flat tire on my front passenger side. My neighbor kindly filled it with air so it was safe enough to drive to Mr. Tire. There was a bulge in the side wall so my tire needed to be replaced. I got there ten minutes before closing time (I had made an appointment for 9 AM the next day and they said it was safe to leave it overnight which is a plus!) and Mohammed and Alim promised me to fix it right on the spot. They explained pricing and selection and did not try to upsell me something I didn’t need. In 25 minutes I had a new tire and was safely back at home. Above and beyond customer service! I highly recommend Mr. Tire to anyone in the local area.

Omar and Alim are a dynamic duo filled with poise and support. I truly appreciate them helping me figure out what’s wrong with my car. I thought I needed a new one. I made an appointment for 2/12. I had to reschedule because my rims didn't come with a TPMS valve stem. I called them that afternoon explaining that I needed to reschedule for the following day, and that I was dropping off two rims for them to mount tires on. They rescheduled me for the 13th. When I get there the manager states that he cannot mount my tires because he does not have the proper equipment to safely do it. He then proceeded to tell me that my best bet is to go to a custom rims shop. I immediately called the S Pickett street location where they said they would have no problem mounting new tires to my new rims. How does a shop named Mr. Tire not have the equipment to properly and safely mount tires to brand new rims?

In addition to being open on Sunday, they diagnosed the cause of my low tire pressure indication. In my case, I needed new tires. This result, while unexpected, will keep me safe, and something 2 other shops did not find in the last 10 days!- because they did not do one step out of the ordinary. I was shown the issue, not trying to upsell me products. Thank you Omar and technicians for your diagnosis!

Omar was very helpful and efficient. Didn’t try to upsell me. Replaced one tire very quickly and easily within 30 minutes. I would come here again for future car services.
