Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I ordered tires from an Online retailer and was offered to have them shipped and installed here. 3 hours after installation, I had a flat tire! They “repaired it” but the next morning it was flat again. I went straight to the garage and asked them to fix it for me. Their reply “Im too busy to help you out today. It’s not something i can help you with.” Absolutely terrible customer service here. It doesn’t take long to make something right, especially a bad tire installation. And thats the difference between retaining customers and losing them. You lost at least one customer today.

The store manager Chris was very down to earth and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions and helped me make the best decision for my car without any pressure. The services were reasonably priced. I would recommend this location!

Spoke to the manager on the phone and went in within 10 mins to get my rear two tires replaced. Dropped it off for a quick change out. Excellent customer service, quick and transparent on pricing and options. He offered a discount on the tires. Blown away with how fast, simple and affordable it was. I will absolutely go here again for all tire needs. Shout out to Christian M - thank you!!

Top notch customer service! The fit me in the same day at the last minute and really took care of me! I was comfortable in the sitting area and was giving play by play updates on everything. He even discounted me for a waiting inconvenience. Asked me did I want anything to drink! And fixed my car with no problem! They have a customer for life!!! Both men at the front desk were phenomenal!!!

Chris, the manager was fantastic. My car was serviced immediately. Chris did not charge me to plug my tire. I would highly recommend this Mr. Tire because of Chris!! Such a professional and kind man!!
