The two gentlemen at the counter were very polite and courteous. And listened to actually what was needed to be done. this review is going to be more on the facility than on people. The shop manager has the hold higher standards for work environment. It looked like two coal miners working in a coal mine. Stuff was all over the floor, gross and nasty everywhere. I’ve worked in shops and I’ve never seen it get to that level of darkness and debris everywhere. They need the support of the store manager, clean the shop and refresh it.

I was traveling from out of state and picked up a nail somewhere, 350 miles from home. I was seen right away and I was back on the road in good time. The service was friendly and professional not to mention a good price.

No shady add-ons, no “Oh, we found something else wrong” tricks. I needed a tire patch, and they got it done without trying to sell me a whole new set. I had a great experience at Mr. Tire! Sebastian and Chris were absolutely wonderful. I came in with a slow leak in my tire, and they fixed it right away while I waited. Fast, friendly, and reliable service — highly recommend! I will definitely go back.

I had a great experience with Mr Tire. I had a run flat on my foreign car and other places said I needed to replace the tire ($700) as no one repairs run flats. They were very busy so I had to wait a while but they did the repair for $57 and it’s no longer leaking. They were extremely kind and courteous and I found out they do all types of repairs so I found a new spot!
