Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I had a very disturbing experience at the Mr. Tire location at 941 Route 66 on January 18, 2026.and oil change so I could safely drive home the next day. I had an appointment and dropped my vehicle off around 1:00 PM. Around 4:20 PM, I received a call saying my car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I discovered it had been severely damaged and was no longer drivable. Staff told me my car had been “hit while parked” in their lot. This explanation did not make sense because there was no debris or evidence of an accident, in the parking lot yet the damage was extensive. The vehicle would not accelerate, the suspension rods were broken, a tire was bent, and there were multiple mechanical issues. Everything was explained to me. I was lucky to get my brakes done without an appointment. The manager Michael was very professional and knowledgeable. I've been bringing my cars to Mr. Tire for years. Would not go to any other place! Excellent pricing! My daughter-in-law spent twice as much for her brake job in PA!

Had a flat tire during a hospital visit. Managed to get to Mr Tire. Very nice people and very helpful. Got me a new tire, mounted and balanced and sent me on my way! Good people!

Phenomenal. It was easy to make an appointment online. They called me within 30 minutes of making the appointment to tell me they did not have the tires, but could order them and have them there that day. Staff was professional and provided great communication from start to finish. My only complaint is they didn't set the tire pressure once they replaced them. My tires should be set at 33 psi, and I left with my tires ranging from 35- 40.

Very helpful and was immediately taken care of. Mike was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. I will be going back again if I need service for my car.
