Andy was such a great help he answered every question both me and my great aunt had and even offered us a great deal that he had going on for the tires I was looking for! It honestly wasn’t that long of a wait either I would say it was about 45 minutes maybe an hour. Everyone was very nice, great shop had everything ready to go, done and done! My car rides beautifully now on the new tires! Now I can make the trip back home with my fiancé to my family for the holidays! Thank you again Andy & Crew! Happy Holidays!

I was visiting my mother and called Andy on New Years Eve to see if he could put some winter tires on my car. There was a storm coming and I had to get back home. It was short notice and they were booked up. He got me in and had me in the road in less than two hours. This place is convenient, honest, and affordable. Andy gets five stars just for his great customer service.

Andy and Phil were the very best. We had our car towed there due to a completely failed tire. On a holiday weekend just after Christmas on our way to VA, they were open and as helpful as they could be. They unfortunately didn't have a tire in stock to fit our car but they were able to order one for Monday delivery and repair. They even did their best to help us find a rental car. That didn't work either as most places were closed or no cars were available due to the holidays. We stayed in a hotel Sat. and Sunday, and Andy picked me up at our hotel when the car was done. These guys really know what customer service is and they appreciate the business people bring to them.To all who take the time to read this review, please take your tire business here first, I can tell you from experience,

Here I was sitting at another tire shop super frustrated and getting told I couldn't get an alignment with my two tires they were gonna sell me. So I called Mr. Tire. Andy answered the phone and got me a scheduled appointment within a half hour of my call. When I got there the professionalism and friendliness I was greeted with was unmatched. Andy listened to what I had to say; assessed all of my given information and had a tech taking my car in with minutes of me being there. The wait was short, the building was quiet and clean and I was able to enjoy wifi if I wanted it. This place took care of me. These guys need to be commended for their vigorous commitment to keeping they're customers satisfied. Two new tires and an alignment done for dirt cheap. Thank you Andy and thank you Mr. Tire!

My daughter was out of town and got a flat tire. After a horrendous experience with AAA, her friend put her spare tire on and she stopped at Mr. Tire for a new tire. She called and said the service was great and they got her tire done in 10 minutes. Thank you for your great customer service!
