Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

I am from out of town and made a silly mistake that resulted in me needing my coolant flushed. I called this location because they were right across the street and they were able to help we right away. As a woman going to get your car serviced can be intimidating but these gentlemen were very kind, helpful, and didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge. They also noticed that my inspection was about to expire and said they could take care of it while I was here and it wouldn’t take much time. Over all wonderful experience, the price was very reasonable, and I appreciate them being proactive. 10 out of 10.

I have been using Mr. Tires for over 8 years as they were honest and reliable. I am not sure if George left but recently (my last 2 visits), I have been very unhappy. The woman at the front desk most recently, was on the phone as I entered clearly complaining to who I assume was the manager or owner that two people didn't show up and she wasn't even supposed to be working. This lead to a very unpleasant encounter as she put him on hold while finishing my car pick up. On top of this, I was told I needed new tires and work done on my brakes that would total to $2,200 in work. I had my tires replaced by the same shop about 4 months ago (only have put about 2,500 miles on them) and the other piece of work I looked at myself and it was not honest work that needed to be done. Well I did a trip from texas to pa and on the way. Into Alabama. I ran into an issue with road work and ended up getting a flat in the middle of the night. Thankfully my man was a life saver and came through with a new tires. Cause I was definitely not driving the rest of the way with donut on. By far a good service and fun experience.

If I could give a zero star I would. My daughter and myself were here from out of state. Not only did we have to wait a tremendous amount of time close to 30 mins to even be waited on when first arriving, I feel that we were taken advantage of. For one tire I had to purchase( had a flat no choice) was almost 400$. I was told they could not patch because of the place the hole was. From being out of state I had no tools and was really in a very hard spot. I could not change to a spare unfortunately with having no equipment. I was also told they could only put on a tire that I purchased from them. I will not be back. You would think being stuck out of town we would have been treated fairly and that was by far from the case. The person in front of me checked out with one tire for 140$. Talk

I went there to have my tires mounted and balanced and my TPMS sensors checked and or replaced. After they told me that my truck was finished I asked what they discovered with the sensors. They said they forgot to check them. They proceeded to check them in the parking lot and discovered that three of the four needed to be replaced. I asked them if they could replace them. They told me that they did not have them there and that the machine that they use to program the new sensors was not at their location at that present time. I was very disappointed to hear that because that was one of the reasons I chose Mr tire to do the work. I ended up leaving without having the sensors replaced and the light on the dash was still flashing.
