Wow! This place is outstanding. I had a nail in my tire (on a Friday) and Tire Rack promptly delivered them to this location on Monday @2:30pm. The staff went above and beyond to install my tires as soon as they were delivered. I got a call @4:00pm that my car was ready! I am so appreciative as I needed my vehicle as soon as possible to drive my son to an important procedure the next day. I truly felt like they cared, specifically the nice man sitting at the front desk when I walked in on Monday (01/05) around lunch time. I wish I got his name. He was so kind. We need more businesses like this!!

My fiance brought in her vehicle for a quick Sunday afternoon State Inspection since we accidentally let it lapse the week before. The gentleman behind the counter informed us that they failed our inspection due to the lower control arm bushings being totally shot. Quoted $1300 and strongly suggested we get the work done there asap. Brought the car into my normal mechanic the next day: bushings need to be replaced in the next 12 months, but nowhere close to completely shot and my mechanic quoted $900. They also failed to notice the water pump spewing fluid all over the engine bay and leaking down the front of the car. The whole experience just felt unprofessional, shady, & dishonest.

Traveling to visit family and had a tire issue, we were greeted by a wonderful gentleman, Mr Brian. Even though close to closing he replaced 4 tires and did alignment . was a unexpected but pleasant experience! All employees were very helpful. Now we will make it safely to family

I am new to the Winchester, Va area (as we recently moved here from out of state) and I would like to Thank Scott for his kindness and great service that he gave me and my wife a couple of weeks ago! Because of him and the kindness of the lady that works in the office with him the day that we came there for car service, Mr. Tire is going to be the official place where my wife and I get ALL of our car service needs done!

I called and made an appointment 3 days prior to the service date for an 8am mount and balance of tires. I arrived to the appointment 5 minutes prior and they said no to my appointment because there tech isn't there and a call center made my appointment. Unreal.
