Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers

The folks at Mr. tire sure came to my rescue in my hour of need. While passing through, I picked up a nail in my tire have a good folks at Mr. tire jump right on it fix my tire. I gotta be back on the road. They were quick and friendly and more than helpful. Thanks again, Mr.Tire I will recommend you highly!

This place tries to scam you. Went in for tires said they only had the most expensive ones in stock. Tried to charge me for a wheel alignment that I didn't need, came back said they couldn't do it anyway because I need an outer tie rod and both control arms. Quoted me 3200$ when looking at the quote they tried to charge me almost 1500$ for driver side control arm while the passenger side was a little over 400$. Also said they do a courtesy check on the vehicle (checking fluids, battery etc.) told me I needed a battery because my cranking amps were about half of what it was supposed to be, I declined, took it to auto zone they said it was fine. Fluids were all still low even though they "checked them" never said anything about brakes even though I know they needed changed. Will never go bac

Mr. Tire managers! Listen up! The moment I walked in, i was greeted with a smile and they were so friendly. I have never gone to any car shop that were as friendly and amazing as these guys were! The manager running the place was so amazing and absolutely needs a raise! He's got some great ideas to really boost morale and business within the place. They were honest and fair. Didn't try to add random things on that weren't unnecessary. The snacks were great while I waited and the great selection of drinks were spot on with what I was looking for. First time coming to this place and I will absolutely be coming back. Thank you for the great conversations and great service. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for making my day.

My experience at the physical location of the Wooster, Ohio Mr. Tire was great! The employee at the front desk made sure to let me know when my vehicle was getting worked on/wrapped up. I waited in the lobby, and was there approximately an hour. My ONLY complaint lies with the outsourced customer service. I had a very kind and helpful woman from the Philippines help me, but, corporate needs to make sure these employees are up to date on the pricing at the stores. I was quoted $30 per tire for mount/ balance/ alignment and disposal over the phone, however, when it came time to pay it was $36 a tire and an additional $15 disposal fee. For individuals that may need to closely budget, this could be a big difference.

So when I originally called in to get my flat tire fixed I did not know I was speaking to a calling service from the Philippines. So when I walked into the local Mr. Tire and approached the lady at the desk, I thought that was who I had talked to. She proceeds to tell me that I spoke to a calling service. The calling service had also offer me an oil change and tire rotation for specific price. The lady at the desk questioned whether she could provide that service at that price. So you might say there was a lot of confusion start. Ultimately they were able to get everything done and even fixed the flat tire for free.
