I had the best professional and prompt service because of Big E! My tire was flat early Friday morning when I got off my second job and when I called Mr. Tire Inc. Big E came to my rescue while I was at my first job, he went to where my car was and fixed my flat tire, kept me informed and sent me photos of the before and after. THANK YOU BIG E!

My family and I were stuck in Dwight, IL, coming from a funeral in Michigan, with a flat tire in -6 weather. Mr. Tire came out and helped me when everyone else was turning me down to the weather. He arrived with his employee within 30 mins and they put on a new tire and aired the rest up. He was very friendly and professional. God sent. His services are very reasonable.

This place is a scam 10000% The road assistance charges 50$ to take the plastic of the nuts from the tire!!!!! 50$ just to take off the plastic protector from the nuts on the tire! Absolutely crazy! He quoted me 450$ for a used tire, and the tire and I was ok with that 250 for the tire and 200 to drive there all good. The deal is a deal, but after he changed the tire, he asked for 50$ extra to take off the plastic cover from the nut!!! Absolutely crazy! Driver, you know what I'm talking about.ill put a picture so you guys don't even think what I am talking about because it is so ridiculous that it does not even cross to your mind to be changed 50$ for it. DO NOT YOUSE THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE RIDICULOUS! I will report them to BBB !
