Best shop in town hands down! I needed a new transmission and spoke with Sherry who was super nice and very helpful. She explained the process, listened to my concerns and followed up with me step by step, always answers the phones! But the MVP agora to Brian! Great guy and even greater mechanic! He quickly accessed my situation, got a great price and had me up and running in no time!! He even found other things that may have needed attention and was able to give me a quote and fixed that as well! My vehicle needed a special cleaning due to mold and Brian was able to on the spot recommend places to help me with that! This shop is loaded with experienced, GENUINE, smart professionals! Brian and his team were incredible. They gave me a more than reasonable price for my transmission to be rebuilt and replaced. I had a great experience at Mr. Transmission. The customer service was great and respectful. They worked diligently to get me in and out in a timely manner. The price was less than the dealer charge for the same service. I think I've found a pretty good place to service my orher family cars.

Pay me now, or pay me later. I came to Mr. Transmission with a van I really didn't want to replace the transmission in. This was my second opinion place. My thoughts were, they could just replace the fluid and torque converter. Brian said, yes we can do that, and then explained the pros and cons. If I just replaced the TC I may still have to replace the transmission soon because of the debris in the fluid and trans. My uncle always said "pay me now or pay me later." So at a much better price by thousands, from the 1st place, I let them change the transmission. Now it runs perfect and has a 36 month 100,000 mile warranty. Thanks guys. I recommend this place.
