Mr. Transmission

Brought my Ford Fusion in about a week or two ago after the transmission went out. Robert was super kind, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the whole process. He walked us through multiple payment options and explained the difference between rebuilding the transmission versus buying a new one, which ended up saving us a couple thousand dollars. Really appreciate the honesty and service — highly recommend!

AMAZING experience with Mr. Transmission. Came in needing my valve body replaced and it was done within 3 days all for a very reasonable price with great communication and service. These guys are very professional and do excellent work here. Spent an afternoon here and lemme tell ya, Business was booming. It was my first time ever going to an auto repair shop and the Manager was cordial and professional, which made it a good experience. Needed axle seals replaced and they hammered it out in an afternoon; I was back on the road in a few hours. The price was low as well. They're not looking to price gouge you; they're honest mechanics. Definitely recommend 👌

Do NOT take your transmission here a year or so later transmission pump ruined bolts loose all over the pan and case seals that were supposed to be changed never changed I told them to replace solenoid pack never did that They painted the transmission better than anything Also told them to switch the transmission pump out for an older year they didn’t do that either…. Definitely go else where “Update after reply” I definitely went to your location! Horrible experience 👍
