The battery kept draining overnight, and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. The mechanic tracked it to a faulty alternator diode, replaced the alternator, and tested the system. No issues since.
Car died on me in Tucson, they came out quick and figured out it was the alternator. Had the part and got me going same evening.
I called to get a quote on a diag and the guy I spoke with was rude and said Im very busy I’ll take a pass and hung up, poor customer service on there end, I was unable to finish explaining what the issue was. Do not call this shop for support as they seem too busy to assist anyone.
