Mr Wash Car Wash

Had a voucher for a free wash. Easy to redeem for a simple auto wash. The guys at the entrance were polite and didn't try and upsell me anything. I just wish more space was put between cars but I get it.

Way better than the Georgia Avenue location. They have vacuuming here and the car wash has a part at the end where it dries the car off some. I had to come to Kensington because Georgia Avenue is being torn down and remodeled I guess. Yet mr wash has no problem debit my card every month even though I have to travel farther to use one of these facilities

They don't pre wash your car or vacuum for you. For 30 dollars you go into a 4 minute wash and no one dries it after either plus there's no wax or special coating offered. You could do all that for 30 dollars at Montgomery hills car wash but that's gone now so I'm shocked that people say this one is better. My car was at least cleaner than it was before since that other one shutdown but not by too much. This place really isn't worth the cost unless if you absolutely need to have a clean'ish' car.

Beware owners of nice cars! I own an Audi sedan (RS model/sport) - garage kept, not frequently driven, well maintained. Prior to going through the wash I asked the attendants if the car was too low or ok to put through - they waived me on. When I got clipped in to the track I knew something was wrong because I heard a "crunch" and rolled down my window asking them to stop - they signaled to close the window and continued to waive me on. Multiple crunches later I exited the wash...after returning home to inspect the damage I realized the front washer system (the reservoir and piping are located just in front of the drivers side wheel, exactly where the track interfaces with the car) was damaged and no longer functioning. We were traveling from out of state and I just needed to get the bugs and dirt off. I was floored when the attendant told me it was $30! This wasn’t a hand wash or anything just the brushless machine. Of course they try to sell you hard on their monthly plan. Again, not from around here. I couldn’t believe it. Needless to say I didn’t get a wash… When I went back and read other reviews, almost all were about their insane price. I think they need to wake up and not just send the exact same lame email response. I for one would never go back here.
