Posted on Yelp as well. Yes… I’m not happy. I gave them an opportunity to respond, but they never replied to my message, so they deserve this review. If you’re looking for someplace to throw your money away and to get your car back dirtier than when you brought it in, then this is the place to go. I emailed them, telling them that I ran it through the car wash and my car came out filthier than it did when I brought it in and if you don’t believe me, take your car there , for it’s gonna happen to you as well. I am livid that I wasted money on a one year membership payment on a very, VERY inferior car wash. The staff there are quite nice though, but I’m sure underpaid. Let’s start with it’s inexpensive and you get what you paid for. Does the machine wash your car? For the most part yes. It’s far from perfect though. And the drying portion is abysmal. Sometimes it dries some of your car and sometimes it doesn’t dry any of it. The vacuum cleaners are pretty good. Every now and then you will encounter one or two that have very little suction but the others are pretty solid. I am sure the staff means well, but they are not always the most attentive. I would avoid asking any of them a question that you want a real answer to. If something goes wrong, they are happy to fill out a form and refer you to corporate but that’s the end of their local responsibilities. Their hours of operation are really convenient. I have been a monthly membership holder here for most of this year and couldn’t be happier with the service! I spoke with Luke the other day who asked if I was satisfied with the car wash services. Luke was very professional and it was nice to speak with him. Anyone who wants to keep a clean vehicle, the monthly membership is more than a great value! Thanks again to all the staff over at this location!

I had an excellent experience thanks to Steven..the employee with the curly hair. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He greeted me as soon as I pulled in, clearly explained my options, and made sure I chose the wash that best fit what my car needed. Steven was professional, friendly, and very detail-oriented. My car looked spotless when I left, and his great attitude made the whole experience even better. My new favorite car wash for sure!

I was really impressed with the services at this car wash. It was my first time there. The vacuums were super powerful!! One of the employees, Patrick, helped explain the benefits of membership to me. I will definitely be returning very soon.
