5 stars for Mr. Goma and for Ronnie!!! As a woman, walking into an auto shop can sometimes feel intimidating, but I felt completely comfortable there. The facility is clean and welcoming, and they even offer complimentary snacks and massage chairs, which made the experience even better. Ronnie is absolutely amazing—so helpful, kind, friendly, and honest. They were able to repair my tire after another shop told me it couldn’t be saved. The pricing is great, and the service is outstanding! The driver’s side window of my car wasn’t working, and when I mentioned it to Ronnie, he asked Luis to take a look. Luis fixed it on the spot, and they didn’t even charge me anything for it! I highly recommend them and became a fan!!!!

Mr Goma is absolutely amazing! I keep coming back to this place because the service is amazing and their prices are unbeatable. I own a Mercedes and the tires at Mercedes are super expensive but here, they are a fraction of the price. I am a woman and sometimes it’s intimidating to go to a tire shop but Ronnie is the best! he will help you right away and show you step by step what they are doing and he keeps you posted at all times. Love it! Fast service, Ronnie and Dany are amazing. They have a great indoor and outdoor waiting area with free cappuccino’s, chips, sodas and even a massage chair! Highly recommend and prices are really good! Changed all 4 tires in under an hour!

Rodney, Ediel and team were exceptional. I had an excellent experience at Mr. Goma of Palmetto Bay! They replaced all four of my tires and Rodney gave me an incredible deal — truly one of the best prices I’ve come across. The staff was professional, fast, and honest throughout the entire process. What really stood out was the customer service. One of the gentlemen, Ediel, even went out of his way to help me charge my phone, which was a small but very thoughtful gesture. It’s rare to find a business that combines great pricing with genuine kindness and care. Highly recommend this place — I’ll definitely continue coming!
