MrKitt’s Service Center & Towing

I’ve been utilizing Mr. Kitts services for some many years. He is consistently thorough and kept my old car on the road safely. Because of the integrity of his shop, I am comfortable with my mother getting service there as well. Aesthetically, it’s clean, comfortable, inviting and I don’t mind waiting when service calls for it. I can get work done without issue and the internet is strong. The full team from the guys in the shop to the office are kind and work to a high standard. Mr. Kitt also took time out to speak with an inspire and young person interested in the auto mechanics field. I’ll continue to utilize their service and highly recommend for others.

I had a wonderful experience today. I got a flat tire and I requested roadside service for help. Angel and Jay were very prompt and provided excellent customer service. I was scared and alone on the road in Philadelphia early in the morning, but they arrived quickly, took care of my car, and even gave me a ride. I highly recommend their service.

I recommend this tow service to anybody who needs tow. My tow driver was great positive energy very informative in a nice person to talk. I definitely recommend this to service. Frank was especially really good at his job and very knowledgeable of the tow business. And I will also add that there tow trucks are very clear.

Had my car towed the night before a major snow storm. The woman that operated the tow truck was very professional and very nice. Towed the car to the shop I requested. I would definitely use their service again!

Great friendly, understanding customer service when I was calling in for a tow waited about 45 minutes until they arrived on scene.
