Starter went out on my car, I was completely stranded in the middle of my work day travel. I called MRO, explained my situation to Tim, he was there early. I called Geico my insurance company and my roadside assistance was assigned to MRO Towing, they arrived 40 minutes later and treated me horrible. I am a handicap woman and was along road for 4 hours, I asked him because my car is only a month old, if backing my car up would damage my axel or anything for I was concerned because my tire pressure was 0 and he wanted to back my car up. He immediately handed my keys back and said I don't want to help you! I did nothing wrong 😭 I needed help for I'm sitting in the dark in middle of nowhere! He left me, he was very cold and unsympathetic to my situation. Horrible customer service and truly doesn't care. DO NOT TRUST this towing company.

MRO Towing and Hauling is a real 10/10 hauling service. Fast quotes and swift service. I called last minute to have a broken down unit I needed hauled out asap and within 45 minutes of that call vehicle was picked up and delivered. If you need fast and reliable this is the place to go!
