My car broke down on the way to work. MSR Auto repair went right to work getting me back in the driver's seat fast. The prices were good and I even got some free parts. That's what keeps me coming back. Would recommend to anyone needing dealer quality auto care.

Msr was quick to get to the root of my cars engine problems after my dealership ignored my concerns and blamed an issue not covered by warranty for the problem. Msr kept me in the loop 100% of the time and took care of all of my concerns unlike my dealership.

I brought my car into MSR because of a rotational noise in the passenger side of my Avalon. It turned out to be a ball joint and wheel bearing on that side. They also found a leak on my radiator while inspecting the noise problem. I had everything replaced by them and all is well now with the car. I would highly recommend them for taking care of me and my cars.

The service is very friendly and competent, and I will continue to go back for more service. I got in when I needed to be seen, and I have a good understanding of what I need to do in the future.
