As always Ray is the definition of what an honest, capable, knowledgeable Master Auto Mechanic. His attention to detail coupled with fully explaining all aspects of the job make him not only a rarity today, but a gem. I have been a customer many years and will continue to be as long as I have wheels. He is very reasonable considering the excellent quality of work.

It would take me few pages to describe how grateful I'm to Ray. It might be better just to use an example of his highest standard of ethics. My wife had a leak in the cooling system. First impression was that it comes from the hose attachment. After performing the detailed inspection Ray noticed that it is actually leaking from engine block. That was the worst and the most striking diagnosis... Cost of the repair would range in almost 50% of car's value... Ray was more than outgoing with his service, he called the local Honda dealer and told them what was happening. He found out that Honda extended warranty for the engine block and we had more than $4000 repair done at no cost! Imagine what would happen, if I were to go somewhere else... I recommend Mr. Bethel Auto. Ray is a straight up honest guy who goes above and beyond. I came in to make an appointment for inspection at about 10 minutes before closing time. He stayed late and completed the inspection on the spot. We bring all of our cars to Ray.

Great service. Had my oil changed here. Ray noticed that there was fluid on my differential. Being that my car is still under warranty, he sent me to the dealer. The dealer fixed the problem with no cost to me. This was a problem that I had no idea was there and could cause expensive problems in the future. Thanks for taking care to notice the problem.

Great service! Ray fit us in at short notice and was super accomodating with my inspection. Super apologetic for a (not very long) wait even though it was my day off and my schedule was clear! I like supporting friendly honest people and this place soars!
