Despite a few hiccups that were 100% on my end, this was the smoothest car buying experience I’ve ever had. In and out of the dealership in about 30 minutes. My husband and I want to thank Ed McCoy at Mt. Orab Ford for putting us in a BEAUTIFUL 2024 Hyundai Elantra. We traded in our 2015 Infiniti q50. Although we walked in thinking it was nearly impossible for us to get to take home a brand new car with only 5,000 miles on it. Ed made it happen, it took time and lots of it but he made us two extremely happy customers and we couldn’t be more grateful!
