Mt Rubidoux Manor

I am reading reviews and I'm mixed in feeling. IT seems if you start to yourself you'll weather maybe we'll, befriending is a no no. I have seen, been, never really lived in places like this, but due to domestic violence I'm now searching desperately to find shelter. Living in my car has been three worse experience if my life. Duck now 3 months due to weather so cold I think if I had a place to call home I would overlook things and close my door. I think anywhere you go you'll find good and bad. People will be people. So many without homes and it getting so cold I can see why those UNHOUSED would stay longer than 14 days. And honestly if they have a place to rest why not place then on with the housing as CO tenants so you can be paid. I don't know. I'm just saying it's cold people and if

This place is well kept, clean and quiet. There is a grass area outside the sliding glass entrance with a designated smoking area. However this place is housing to seniors and disabled people and unfortunately the management is very strict. You have to escort your guests on the grounds, they can only stay with you for 14 days per year. The residents are very nosey and turn their nose at you if you're new or a stranger. The post several activities throughout the month for the residents to participate in. The views on both the East and West sides of the building are incredible. I have several friends who live there, which I visit pretty often. Oh the kitchen is poorly laid out. There are no drawers for your utensils etc. With minimal cabinetry. They have a laundry room and a few organizatio

I found this retirement home a great blessing and is still..but in my studio apartment, where I make inside welcoming and peaceful along with my Art,crafts. However you do have rude people living here and men that are very disrespectful towards women, Although it's been reported. However I am seeking affordable living elsewhere..I pray God will give me patience and wisdom and just stay out of others way and life ND none of no one's business..they will stab the back..stay on your own..is best. Few or less you may find kind and pleasant. I won't state anything. Out Administration. Police are always being called here to this building.. homeless continue to stay over their (14 days+) Smokers at both entry gates. After 5 pm No Security.. I moved here June 6,22 n so far most of my neighbors are pleasant n gladly gave me furniture for my empty studio apt. So far all is good some nosey bad souls here that lie on people they don't like for no reason at all n work hard in having them kicked out of the complex I'm immobile n all I do is sit quietly and watch all the chaos they do to them but I stay away they don't know I'm watching n it's fine n dandy cuz I don't want to be on their bad side, they are mean, n have spiteful lying ways . Some past employees were like that and stil are being used these IHSS worker's for back up n they will hook them up with more people that don't have providers, Unless someone ask me personally if I know who went to the manager so they can defend themselves I won't get involved. My father lives here, every time I’ve gone to visit the premises have been clean and tidy. Staff has always been welcoming and courteous. During the past 48 hours I could not reach my Dad so I called the main phone number. They did a wellness check and were able to locate him. I really appreciate the staff for doing that. Thank you.
