MT Smog Check - Star Station:

I've been going here for ten years; the pricing hasn't changed, and the customer service is always outstanding. There's a waiting area with a TV, a water dispenser that can be used for both hot and cold water, wifi, and soda or water bottles to pass the time. Tom is courteous, professional, and nice.

Did not get service here, but I wanted to write a review to help others. This shop is honest. I called in, was ready to drive over and get smogged but the person I spoke with on the phone verified if I needed Star station or not. Awesome that he was looking out for customers like that. If you are looking for a location, this place is honest in my experience and I'd recommend it. It's scary getting your car looked at because you dont know who to trust, but this stranger on the internet is telling you they had a good experience.

I just finished taking my dads Chrysler to be smoged. I did a Google search for honest smog shop near Fremont and MT Smog Check in Newark came up. Google was 100% correct, the owner was very professional and polite and very, very honest. I will for sure be bringing my car as well as my parents cars here for as long as MT Smog Check in Newark is open and in business. Thank you MT Smog Check for being an Honest Smog Shop.

Very fast effective and extremely reasonable price in Fremont, Newark, Union City area. Was done in 20 minutes. Had called earlier to ask to get details and the owner was very respectable and nice on the phone. Had been to this location once two years ago but the service at this location remains top class..
