MT Towing & Recovery llc

My vehicle stranded me yesterday in single digit temperatures. I called my insurance to find me a tow, and they found a company that strung me along for 7 hours continuing to say they were on their way. It was getting late in the evening and I didn't think my car was going to be towed. I called MT Towing & Recovery LLC and they answered promptly, responding to my vehicle within 30 minutes, and completing the tow in approximately 1 hour total, in the dark. I'm so thankful for the quick response and completing this task in a professional and swift manner. Definitely saving your number for future car troubles, the best tow service I've worked with in my life, and cheaper than previous tows. Shout out to Tim, you're awesome!

One of their drivers had a vehicle on a flatbed, towing another behind it on the interstate. No working brake light on the towed car, refused to move out of the passing lane for an HOUR, and was all over the road on his cell phone almost the whole time. Guy is going to cause a major accident.

Awful experience with this company. He pulled out one of the sensors when he towed my son’s car. And of course he would not admit that is responsible and caused us a $650 damage. Don’t use this guy. Save yourself the trouble of getting your car ruined and the loss of time dealing with fixing the problems he would cause.
