Went through the wash with my truck today 02/23/24 and it was absolutely horrible. Truck is still dirty (it wasn’t crazy dirty to begin with just normal wear and tear no gravels or anything) and there are steaks of soap/wax EVERYWHERE. 10$ for this was not worth it. Worse than before I went in.
The automatic car wash ripped my antenna off and left a bent fender and cracked paint. When I called the owner Chris Cook said he couldn’t find anything in the stall and sounded like he didn’t believe me. I said it’s probably wrapped around the brushes. Sure enough he said he did find it wrapped around them. He said it was my fault because I didn’t remove the antenna before entering.
I use the handwash bay and really appreciate it clean when I drive in. Using a card to pay is a big plus and their pricing. The water pressure is great. Can tell they take care.of this place!
Wasted $12 to only get the top half of the truck washed in the far right auto wash bay.
Absolutely horrible car wash. Pre-soak wash = no suds. Full pressure car wash = same. Pissed away money on this place. Won't return.
