Showed up on time for pick up and drop off, then pick up and drop off to pick my car up from having my windshield replaced. Never had to wait and Joe definitely did not mind my service dog with one in training riding along! Thank you Mountain Home Taxi service🙂 and thank you Joe for your kindness to my pups and I! PS Reconsider if you are thinking of using the other company for services. They refused me for having my service dog. He said he was allergic and could not give me a ride.

Driver was pleasant and friendly, had her take me to the laundromat and she came back and got me later when needed. Price was reasonable way less than Uber would charge.

I wouldn't even leave a star. First off whoever is driving a black Ford escape ( black midsized SUV) around town almost hit me 2 times this morning, and then proceeds to cut me off lanes into the wrong lane. Like really buddy? 0/10 would literally never trust my life in this drivers hands. Nor would I recommend anyone else doing so. Slow down you maniac. Sincerely - the guy who you almost hit.

I called Mtn Home Taxi service hoping they could pick up my friend who was just discharged from the hospital. The lady who answered was so put out, and sounded so irritated with me calling. I asked her for a guesstimate on how long it would be until she could pick my friend up so I could tell her, and at this point the taxi lady got upset and said “I’m in the middle of something, I’ll be there when I get there.” At that point I said we didn’t need her service and I drove to the hospital 30 min away and picked her up myself. My friend had been through a lot, and the last thing she needed was to be treated poorly by this taxi service.

Always ready to help get you where you need to be or deliver what you can't pickup. They come in early or stay late to accommodate their customers. We deliver anything anywhere. Two of are friendliest drivers one of are most special customers. Making deliveries no matter the weather.
