You make an appointment for a specific date and time (always around 2 weeks to get one), you bring in the vehicle and then you wait for a phone call (which you never get). I call on the 3rd day and they haven't even looked at the vehicle. I had concierge service with my Lincoln Navigator. The first vehicle that they did as a loaner was a Ford Escort! It is supposed to be a comparable vehicle. The second time my loaner was a Corsair which was so dirty you couldn't see out of the windshield and it was completely empty of gas. So, I'll join the discontented chorus around this operation. I've met the owners of Mountain View, and I must admit surprise over the horrible manner in which their Lincoln operations are managed. The family owned team at Mountain View is so well put together, I'm astonished every time I bring my wife's MKZ to their service center and receive such underwhelming service. We needed help last week after we got our Lincoln back from a collision center and the systems were "wonky". I called this service department, where I've taken our car to since it was new in 2019. A pleasant receptionist told me she would have a service writer call me back. That was over a week ago. Well, our mkc bought brand new dec 2017 has... 36,000 miles on it is. The intial breakdown was at the end of Jan. We found your problem, its the battery recall. Oh wow, took a week to figure that out. 2 weeks later (give or take), back at the shop for the same problem. Uuuuhhhhh, your wife left her key fob in the car to drain the battery, no problem, good news your water pump is leaking. Instead of running it through warraty... they charged my $915.00. That was labor, pump, and battery test. Wow they fixed the electrical problem by replacing the water pump makes total sense. About this time, they cracked my wife's trim job that goes around the radio and vents... we didn't do that, but that's gonna cost you $800.00 for just the trim itself. Brought Ford vehicle while it was under bumper to bumper warranty. They want $180 to diagnose and determine if it's under warranty. This seems like an unreasonable policy. Also, Todd Landers is remarkably patronizing.

Parts Department always gets the stuff in on time and the prices are reasonable, Stuff is nice
